NexGen Floors stands for the next generation of floors. We’re a commercial flooring installation team focused on raising the standard of installations in an industry that is largely unregulated. That’s why every person on a NexGen job is trade-qualified.
Paul has been in the flooring trade since 1999. His experience covers cinemas, hospitals, offices, schools and large-scale commercial fit-outs. NexGen Floors is built around that expertise, with their tradespeople working to high standards on every job.
We work as a team. Not as individuals, and not as subcontractors hired off a list. When you work with NexGen, you get the same crew, held to the same standard, on every job.

From subfloor preparation through to final placement, the NexGen team works to make vinyl plank floors are finished to the highest standard; perfectly aligned, securely fitted, tight seams and smooth transitions throughout.

Preparation starts with substrate assessment and moisture testing. This professional assessment tells the NexGen team exactly what preparation is needed. From there we handle everything from glue and residue removal to high-spot correction and full-surface grinding.
